About Dr Jessica

Having studied molecular biology, biotechnology as well as business as an undergraduate, Jessica spent a couple of years working in the corporate world. Whilst working in business, Jessica completed a Masters degree in Genetics and Genetic Counselling. Jessica found the patient contact and clinical exposure she gained during this Masters led her back to studying Medicine, with the intent on becoming a General Practitioner. Jessica has recently returned from living in the UK for a year with her three young children and husband.

 Jessica enjoys working with families and young adults as well as retired and elderly patients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (BMBS)

Special Interests and Expertise

During medical school Jessica always envisaged working in General Practice. The variety of skills a GP must use to help patients and families has always been the attraction. She also feels that General Practice is a role in which she is able to use her diverse medical experience and provide comprehensive care to people of all stages of life.  Jessica enjoys working with families and young adults as well as retired and elderly patients.
