Background and interests
We welcome Dr Robert Welsh to Easy T Medical Centre, a compassionate and skilled GP who completed his medical training here in Queensland in several hospitals, including Cairns, Innisfail and Mossman.
He has gained an in-depth understanding of various areas of medicine including emergency medicine, children's health, surgical procedures and obstetrics, Dr Robert brings a range of expertise to his general practice and places great importance on empowering patients to take ownership of their health.
Dr Robert’s philosophy is about treating the whole person, not just the illness. He understands the importance of fostering strong doctor-patient relationships built on mutual trust and respect. You can trust him to listen to your concerns and work with you to develop a treatment plan that addresses your specific needs.
Beyond his medical practice, Dr Robert enjoys spending time with his dog at the park or playing rugby. He also plays the piano.
