Background and interests
Hello, I am Joe, a South Korean native who spent two years in the Korean Army before making my way to Australia. Here, I earned my Bachelor of Podiatry from the esteemed Queensland University of Technology (QUT).
Prior to joining Entire Podiatry, I gained valuable experience at another private podiatry clinic.
My passion for podiatry stems from personal experiences with lower limb injuries acquired during my time in sports and the military. These encounters underscored the significance of foot and lower limb health in influencing the overall well-being of the body.
Previously, I’ve had the opportunity to coach various sports to children such as soccer, basketball, badminton, and swimming. Additionally, I worked alongside a paediatric physiotherapist as a mobile allied health assistant for the disabled paediatric population.
My interests within podiatry span across a spectrum, including general foot and nail care, sports injuries, orthotic therapy, nail surgery and paediatrics.
As a podiatrist, my objective is to assist individuals in enhancing their foot health, enabling them to walk and stand pain-free. I am firm in my belief an improved quality of life can be achieved through the maintenance of healthy feet.
In my spare time, I enjoy running, playing golf and badminton and going to the gym to stay fit. I also enjoy watching movies at the movie theatre. I am fluent in Korean and English.
