Cindy brings over 27 years of experience in the GP medical field and has a strong passion for staff development, mentoring, and creating a supportive, efficient environment where both staff and patients feel valued, heard, respected and well cared for. As Practice Manager, she enjoys balancing people-focused leadership with the financial side of managing the practice. Cindy loves time with her family and grandchildren, travel and relaxing at the beach. She was also once a NSW state champion figure skater in roller skating and later coached the sport for many years!

Jess is dedicated to leading the team and working closely with doctors, nurses, and reception to ensure patients receive the best possible care. She is passionate about keeping the practice organised, caring, and patient-focused, creating a welcoming atmosphere for everyone who walks through the doors. Outside the clinic, Jess enjoys coffee, gym workouts, baking, and spending time with family and friends. Patients might be surprised to learn she once competed in Ten-Pin Bowling.

She enjoys being part of a team that feels like family and brings warmth and experience to the care she provides. Outside of work, she spends time with family, friends, and her two cats, and once even sang alongside Cliff Richard and Tina Arena. Beth believes great patient care means treating people with kindness, empathy and respect, always prioritising their well-being and needs.

With over 15 years of experience in general practice and a background across many areas of the health industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Outside of work, Mish enjoys reading, yoga, music and catching up with friends over lunch. Patients might be surprised to learn she once played roller hockey. For Mish, great patient care means always taking a patient-centred approach - being empathetic, respectful, and ensuring people have the information they need to make informed decisions.
