Dr Vivian Tang

We welcome Dr Vivian Tang to Robina Town Medical Centre. She obtained her Doctor of Medicine from Griffith University and completed her medical residency at Gold Coast University Hospital, where she gained valuable experience in obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, psychiatry and emergency medicine.

From a young age, Dr Vivian knew she wanted to pursue a career in General Practice, and she thoroughly enjoys all aspects of this diverse field. She believes in treating patients as whole individuals, taking into account their physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Dr Vivian finds immense satisfaction in the continuity of care and the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with her patients over time.

In addition to her role as a GP, Dr Vivian is also a medical educator for the RACGP, sharing her knowledge and expertise with future generations of healthcare professionals. Her commitment to medical education reflects her dedication to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in general practice.

Outside of her medical work, Dr Vivian enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones, heading on hiking adventures and finding a good cup of coffee.

Dr Vivian's warm and caring approach, combined with her wide scope of general practice knowledge, ensures her patients receive comprehensive and personalised care. She takes the time to truly understand her patients' needs and concerns, building a strong rapport with each individual.
