You might have seen in the news that the government is rolling out new bulk billing incentives from 1 November 2025.
While some clinics may switch to bulk billing everyone, we’ll be sticking with our current mixed billing model, and we want to explain why.
The short version? The new incentives sound great, but they don’t actually cover the real cost of providing quality care. A 6 minute consultation has the same Medicare rebate as a 19 minute consultation, which rewards quick consults over proper care.
That’s just not how we work. At Robina Town and Easy T Medical Centres, we believe good medicine takes time. Time to listen, explain, and care, properly.
By continuing with mixed billing, we can:
