Dr Karin Lines

We are delighted to introduce Dr Karin Lines, now consulting at our Easy T Centre practice.  Originally from Johannesburg, Dr Karin began her medical career as a General Practitioner before furthering her expertise in Child Health. After relocating to the UK, she completed specialisation in General Practice, with a brief yet enriching experience in child development clinics in Dublin, Ireland. In 2009, Dr Karin and her family made Australia their home, and she's practiced as a GP on the Gold Coast ever since.

Dr Karin's dedication lies in family medicine, where she finds joy in forming connections with individuals and their loved ones, providing personalised, evidence-based, holistic care. She cherishes the diversity of general practice, from managing chronic conditions and mental health to supporting women's health, pregnancy care, and pediatric wellness. Building a strong rapport with each patient is essential to Dr Karin, as it paves the way for improved health outcomes and fosters a trusting doctor-patient relationship.

Beyond the clinic, Dr Karin finds solace in gardening, handcrafts, immersing herself in a good book and staying active on the tennis court. Her husband, who shares her values in medicine, has been an unwavering support throughout life. Together, they are blessed with four adult children who bring continuous joy and enrichment to their lives.
