Dr Annelies Geissler

Dr. Annelies is a highly qualified and compassionate GP in addition to being Practice Principal of our medical centres. She brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her practice. As a vocationally registered GP with a Diploma in Family Planning, and extensive paediatric and pregnancy care knowledge Dr. Annelies is well-equipped to provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages and stages of life. Annelies has a busy family life and is Mum to 3 active boys, she loves gettng out in nature, staying active, reading and playing the piano.

Since 2008, Dr. Annelies has been an integral provider consulting from our rooms. She dedicates her valuable time to supporting and guiding future doctors. Her involvement in teaching and training GP's and medical students at our practice highlights her commitment to nurturing the next generation of healthcare professionals.

With extensive experience in Family Planning and Obstetrics, both in the UK and Australia, Dr. Annelies has developed a deep understanding of the unique healthcare needs of women. She is passionate about providing comprehensive care and support in these areas, ensuring the wellbeing of her patients. Driven by a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of her patients, she goes above and beyond to provide personalised, high-quality care. Annelies specialises in Mirena insertion, hormone replacement therapy, breast feeding issues, iron infusions.

Additionally, Dr. Annelies has a special interest in Preventative Medicine, and Chronic Disease. By keeping abreast of the latest advancements and best practices, she equips herself with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively address these specific areas of concern.
